Shipping and Returns

At Nomad Gallery, we take pride in the quality of our fine art photography. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

 

Eligibility for Returns 

Our limited edition prints are not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at adriancustom@me.com.

Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.  We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the artwork back.

Shipping Cost  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100 to ensure they are returned safely.

Refund Process  Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 **Damaged or Defective Items**

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
